All fees for our services will be outlined in the proposal provided to you. A deposit may be required before we begin work on your event. Final payment must be made prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed upon. Any additional services requested that are not covered by the initial agreement will incur additional charges. - Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your event after signing an agreement with Rams Event, you may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the progress of the event planning. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Refund policies may vary depending on the circumstances, and any such policies will be clearly communicated to you. - Event Details
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about your event requirements, preferences, and any changes that may occur. Rams Event will not be held liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you. - Changes and Revisions
We understand that changes to event plans may be necessary. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that all changes can be implemented. Any changes to the scope of work or event details may impact the timeline and budget, and we will communicate these implications to you. - Liability
Rams Event will take all reasonable steps to ensure the success of your event. However, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue limitations, and vendor-related issues. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. - Confidentiality
Any information you provide to Rams Event for the purpose of event planning will be treated with strict confidentiality. We will not share your personal information or event details with third parties without your consent. - Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property, including event concepts, designs, and documents, developed by Rams Event for your event remains the property of Rams Event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Alwar, Rajasthan, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. - Changes to Terms and Conditions
Rams Event reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any revisions, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
